The project site, situated in Salak South, Kuala Lumpur, serves as the workshop facility for the Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL). Nestled within a bustling urban landscape, the site spans a considerable area, accommodating various structures and facilities essential for the efficient functioning of DBKL’s operations.

Services Provided

Painting – Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming before applying paint coats inside and outside the building. Choose colors according to your preferences and ensure long-lasting protection with durable coatings.
Electrical Installations – Design and install wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures as per the building’s requirements. Safety features like circuit breakers and emergency lighting is integrated.
TNB Substations – Plan and install tub substations strategically throughout the building. These will connect to the main power supply, distributing electricity efficiently and safely. Implement measures to minimize electrical hazards and maintain uninterrupted power supply.
Post Installation Works – After installation, thorough testing is provided ensure everything works safely and reliably.
